All the Foster families together with the children were very excited on that day. It was the summer outing where all the families and children of the all houses met to spend a whole day together and this kind of outing happen only 3 times per year, that is the Easter holiday, winter holiday and summer holiday, excluding other activities.
We first visited the Le Morne Heritage where the guide told us about the history of the slaves, how the mountain is a symbol of their fight for freedom and their sacrifice.
Then, we went to Tamarin beach for lunch where older children played football while the small ones built castles in the sand.
The children had a great time and were very excited for upcoming activities and the festive moments…
